    I purchased and paid for a freestanding cooker, via phone from Melbourne. The paperwork was picked up ready for delivery, only then was I told it was damaged floorstock - one week after I had paid full price. The item was quite damaged side and back. I was offered $120.00 discount. Very poor service. However, Harvey Norman saved the day, as the installer was booked in for this same day.

    Delivery guy did not arrive on time. Came too early and no one was home. Ended up taking back the package back to the store and reschedule another delivery date.
