The buffet has a large selection of delicious roast meats and vegetables, seafood, salad, Chinese dishes, and desserts. I love the fact that there is no msg in the Chinese food.

All you can eat of a decent variety of food which is all constantly restocked. We rolled out of there lol. Ate to much but enjoyed it

I try to go to J&L Family Restaurant whenever I am in Tamworth. It is great for any occasion, with room for large families, or a quiet meal for two.
