Tuesday 11am, not heard back, I rang, was told Matt was just drafting up email to "boss" and did I have any more photos of other leaks, again suggesting silicone was the answer! NO silicone is not the answer to a rust hole I can put my finger through. I emailed more photos and once again awaited response. Again NONE

Upon drivers arrival it began to rain gently which did not deter proceedings any, when he had finished I mentioned that I was caught off guard by the instant delivery and had not had time to prepare site where it was supposed to go , so had to make alternate drop site available at short notice. He informed me P.T.C.P/L rang him on Friday and he told them that he could deliver on Monday, but ring customer and verify if this was going to be OK. (that didn't happen)

It is a shame, but they get the absolute thumbs down from me, not a shred of professionalism.

Although it does not deserve any stars at all, system would not allow me to post review without giving at least 1, So, begrudgingly it gets 1 star

Rain stopped after about an hour so I opened container, and to my surprise noticed quite a severe leak, so a hasty gathering of bucket to place underneath and closed it up as it had started to rain again. I then rang Matt and asked how much for a D grade container? He told me they the lowest grade they sold was a C grade but that was still wind and water tight. I let him know that mine that had just arrived was not watertight, his first response after telling me that it "probably opened up on the trip out here" and "Have I got any Silicone?", I suggested that a good discount should be the order of the day as it was such a long way to replace! He told me he would talk to the "Boss" and get back to me. About an hour later the rain stopped again so I managed to get back into container, noticed the bucket was over half full (9l Bucket), and after having a better look inside noticed another 2 leaks. 2 of the holes you could see daylight through and evidence on the wooden floor that it had been leaking for some time and had not been checked before being sent off to me. I sent a txt message to Matt, telling of how much water and 2 extra leaks, he requested photos which I sent.

SO if you are contemplating getting a container from this bunch of clowns at Port Tamworth Containers, you would be much better off and a whole lot happier with the service from another company!

Monday I rang mobile number listed, spoke to Matt and got a quote for 20' container and delivery and after hanging up realised I had forgotten to get price for 40', so I sent a text message requesting same and awaited reply (none)! Tried a couple of times during the week to ring and left message on voicemail=again no reply. Waited until Friday sent txt message stating I wanted to order, that got an instant reply! I was told he would check with the carrier to see when he could deliver as it was about 450k and I was expecting to hear back on Monday as it was 4pm Friday.

Hubby & I made a couple of trips to Port Tamworth Containers before we decided which type of container we wanted to purchase. Both Peter and Paul were very helpful in their advice, generous with their time and patiently answered all our questions. The prices were reasonable and once we made up our minds, it was a quick process to pay and have our container delivered. Alan, from Kosmo Towing was very patient with siting the container for us too.

Another day and a terse letter to the parent company in Newcastle to get any sort of action happening.
