  Considering we were not complaining about the lack of car parking I am unsure why the man spoke like this. I suggest they need to provide better information when people check in and if this is a representation of the staff they definitely need to work on their people skills.

  Central location, close to shops and restaurants, great staff. Rooms are a cut above most of the others, quiet, well appointed with fantastic quality beds. Always sleep really well here.

  2/10 for the service. They did not tell us there were 2 car parks when we checked in and as there wasn't room in the car park directly behind the hotel we parked in the street. When my husband told the man at reception we didn't use the car park and therefore could he take the ten dollar fee off the bill his tone became aggressive and he said "well did u ask someone because we have other parking?" My husband said "no so can you take the charge off the bill". The man then replied (again in an aggressive tone) "well I suppose so".

  I had an entree as a main and for the price wasn't anything special. Service was absolutely great and the atmosphere was ok but did not feel it was value for money at all

  The room was lovely, but the lift motor made the windows shake. Restaurant food was delicious

  The food was good.. the waitress was lovely.. the owners mum was too loud and brass
