    Service is terrible but the range of goods is impeccable, plus always good prices. Especially on games and movies. Beats most JB and retail stores. Especially in Tamworth.

    disgusting display of piss poor customer service this morning. I had to ask an assistant if he was busy when I was the only customer in the store and he was very interested in conversing with another staff member instead of selling any merchandise, then it was too much trouble to give me the information or open the cabinet to let me look at the item I wished to buy. Scruffy unkempt staff does nothing for your image.

    I bought an expensive laptop, which had a faulty graphics drive. I would like to compliment Emma and Lincoln for their great efforts to troubleshoot and, when that didn't work, for all their expertise with with the exchange. They were friendly, professional and couldn't have been more helpful.Sorry it's taken me a while to write this, but I am really grateful for their efforts. Highly recommend this store.
