  We stayed at the Powerhouse and the welcome there was incredible. Took us in and went out of there way to help us. What a difference from this horrid experience.

  Good value for money. Rooms are very clean. Bed was comfortable. Had two meals in their restaurant. Great food.

  Manager refused to honour a booking and wouldn't let us in the office on a cold night. Stood in the driveway with my booking confirmation while she argued. Her hostility is not suggestive of someone well suited to work in hospitality. She said there were no guests so handing over a key allowing my wife and I to put our small children to bed would have been a simple thing for her to do.

  The friendly, efficient and courteous staff made our four day stay very pleasant indeed. The facilities were excellent for the price. The room was quiet and private with very good amenities including a dining setting and sofa. Great shower (with no steamy mirror), good air conditioning and a comfortable bed were much appreciated. The pool was well maintained and the restaurant and room service offered very appetising well prepared meals. Easy access, wide parking spaces and close proximity to local attractions and shopping were also a bonus. Will be back.

  I stayed 1 night and enjoyed the room, everything was clean and didn't smell dingy.Room was a good size with comfy beds n quiet.
