  Not only the above, but the general attitude and professionalism of this place is below average. The banker huffed and puffed about some of the paper work i required for a very important situation. If you want to act like that, go and join the three little pigs. This job isnt for you. Everyone i have dealt with there seems to be lazy, careless and slow. Get your heads out of your asses. This is peoples hard earned money your dealing with.

  1st visit: I was told i could not open a specific bank account. After i did my own research, i revisited the same worker and had to explain to her what needed to be done - account was opened that day.

  4th visit: the wrong account was closed accidentally by the worker after clear instructions given to close which account.

  2nd visit: bank teller counts cash incorrectly not once but three times then tells me to check it for her.

  3rd visit: bank teller almost gives me a complete strangers lost debit card over the counter mistaking it for my card. She only realized when i told her it wasnt my name on the card. Thought this would be the first thing to check as a banker.
